How do I create an account?
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
How Do I Order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
Why am I having problems adding items to my shopping cart?
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Payfast and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard and VISA.
Which size should I choose?
Dane swimwear is true to size, though we do recommend checking our size guide. To find your perfect fit, click on the size guide at the bottom of each product page; the measurements will help you determine your correct size.
Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately, even though they are pictured together?
Absolutely, all bikini tops and bottoms are shot and displayed together on the body; however all are sold as individual pieces so you can mix and match styles and sizes until you find the perfect swimsuit. Please note all prices for each bikini piece are as marked on the individual items.

Returns

Can I return or exchange my order?
Dane is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased, you are entitled to a return or refund within 14 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

  • Proof of purchase provided
  • Tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed

Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.

Who pays for my return postage?
All returns will be for the customers account. Returns can we shipped directly to our Head office, alternatively we can arrange a collection for you at a rate of R85.

When will I receive my refund payment?
  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of Dane receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction. PLEASE NOTE: Dane cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 3-5 working days.
What are the shipping charges like?
Shipping is FREE across South Africa. International shipping is available and billed separately.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact our Customer Care Team at online@daneswimwear.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?
We apologize if you have received a defective item from us. Please fill in a warranty claim here and we will get back to you.
I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

I’ve purchased the wrong size or color?
We do not provide exchanges for size or color. We do however, accept returns for products purchased from us. You can refer to our Returns policy here and its procedures.

When do I get my coupon code?
We will send you a confirmation email or Whatsapp with your Unique Dane coupon code – then you can start sharing and shopping!
How long does my coupon code last?
If your coupon code hasn’t been used in 3 months it will be deleted and you will be notified.
When do I get paid my commission?
